When you use the appointment form on this website we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the visa type or destination you are interested in, and your message. We only collect what you choose to send us.

If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you include in that message.

3. How your enquiry reaches us

The appointment form on this website does not store your details on the website or on a server. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with your details already written as a message, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Your message is then delivered and stored through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms and governed by its own privacy policy.

  • To prepare and lodge an application, if you become a client.
  • To keep records required for our business and legal obligations.
